Kathleen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, specializing in At-Risk Youth, from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2013. She then completed her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado Denver in 2017.
Kathleen’s abilities in emotional attunment, spiritual grounding, and her drive to see and bring out the best in all humans led her towards the calling of therapy.

Kathleen integrates experiential, feminist, and narrative therapy techniques to help clients gain self-awareness and rewrite the narratives that no longer serve them. With additional support from CBT, mindfulness, and internal family systems techniques, Kathleen’s approach is one that can meet a large variety of issues clients may be experiencing.
With her unwavering ability to see the best in you, she will help you feel safe enough to recognize what isn’t working in your life, and experience the confidence to make bold changes for the better.

Since 2012, Kathleen has specialized in working with families affected by substance use. Her wealth of expertise in familial conflict and disfunction allows her to understand trauma and healing on a profound level.
