Lindsey earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Colorado State University in 2007 and began her work in the field at a substance use facility, serving children and families. She went on to complete a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, focusing on Couple and Family Therapy. Lindsey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado.

Lindsey is a systemic therapist, focused on how the systems in a client’s life impact their wellbeing. Using a variety of techniques, therapy with Lindsey is often experiential, creative, and fun! Blending compassion and accountability, Lindsey seeks to help clients have a safe space and relationship in which to grow. Play, art, and movement based experiences often help children, teen, and adult clients feel comfortable doing this work.

Lindsey is dual licensed (LMFT, LPC), informing her work with families and individuals. She specializes working with families that have experienced substance use disorder, high conflict divorce, parenting issues, and other difficult situations.
Lindsey has extensive experience working with resistant teens and children who have struggled with trauma, family conflict, familial addiction, and neurodivergence, as well as adults needing support for childhood trauma, gender and sexuality exploration, and stress management.
In addition to her clinical training, Lindsey is also trained in Animal Assisted Therapy.
